How can we help?
We can arrange social support visits as little or often as you want. The number of visits is entirely up to you.
During our visits we can carry out an array of activities such as:
- Pop in for a friendly chat

After this, we arrange a date for when you’d like your social home visits to start.
Please note: for domestic help, you will need to provide cleaning materials and equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths, a mop and cleaning sprays.

Our staff members may be able to assist with simple DIY tasks and small practical jobs, depending on the skills required and the complexity.
For more involving jobs, we can arrange for one of our handymen to visit. Some of these jobs could include:
- Putting up curtain rails, shelves or pictures
- Installing smoke alarms or CO² detectors
- Fitting door chains, window locks & doorbells
- Installing draught excluders & door strips
- Changing lightbulbs, batteries & filters
- Minor plumbing tasks like dripping taps

Yes, our social and housekeeping visits can be arranged to suit your schedule, whether it be weekdays, evenings or weekends.
We can assist with most day-to-day tasks that will help ease the burden on you:

We make every effort to ensure continuity with the social support visitors you see. Wherever possible we make sure you get to see the same visitor that you’ve got to know.
On rare occasions where your regular support person is not available, we will discuss other options in advance of your scheduled visit.
